amazon parrotsDecember 13, 2008 I thought this book could have had a lot more information for people new to parrot keeping. The people who have kept amazon parrots for a number of years would find nothing new to them in this book. I have only had my Amazon for 6 months but found little in the book that i did not already know. The pictures were very good and for anyone who is considering keepng an Amazon parrot it might be a good read

This is a clear and concise book introducing the reader to Amazon Parrots. A wide variety of species and topics are covered. The book contains some lovely colour photo's and over all the book makes a pleasant addition to any any ornithologists or aviculturists collection.
