A good book for both trainers and intermediate participantsNovember 5, 2000 28 out of 28 found this review helpful
This book covers all the relevant techniques that any fitness instructor should know. It contains a mixture of both written and pictoral instructions on, flexibility, warm up exercises and exercises that can be used with music or for aqua aerobics. The many charts and other diagrams are mainly simple to understand and all become clear after some short reading.Although this book provides information on basic nutrition, exercise techniques and dangers, it doesn't contain many in-depth articles on other excercises for bodybuilding,ETM or Aqua fitness. In my opinion this book is an important part to any fitness leaders library, but if you already have a detailed knowledge and you are looking for a book to provide you with exercises for body or fitness development for different levels of participants then it may be wise to look elsewhere aswell.
