I hoped this book when i bought it, would be much more indepth, it is more aimed at people who want to 'play' at massage and be entertained. It does show the basic massage techniques, which most people already know and use on their dog, if not as heaviliy as would be needed for full massage. Put it this way i bought it around 12 months ago, and haven't opened it since i recieved it, being thoroughly dissapointed. An entertaining gift for a dog lover but of no real practicle use.

but comprehensive and with lots of follow up information. This book is ideal for the interested dog owner or as first step to being a fully fledge canine masseuse! Illustrated throughout with delightfully comical pictures of a very happy, thoroughly massaged, pooch. I bought this on impulse and ordered three more as gifts as soon as I opened it. One of the recipients has already done the same! A great little book
