This is a large format, easy-to-follow MMA guide with lots of colour photos and clear explanations of techniques. It isn't much different from other martial arts guides on the market, except that it features Randy Couture.
One strange decision was to have the guys wearing red t-shirts/shorts AND have them fighting on a red mat. Black and white clothes would have made things simpler.

i recently started mma training after i recieved my judo black belt. the book was really interesting with loads of helpfull info about how to further and improve my training.
