The only Edinburgh guide book you'll needDecember 15, 2001 Peter's books came to my attention a few years ago with his fantastic Scotland the Best series. The two specialist or more focused sub sets for Edinburgh and Glasgow (West is Best - try that title next time Peter) are small sized and packed with great info from restaurants that are friendly to families with kids, places that are the tops for seafood etc. I send a copy to every out of town friend planning a visit to the capital. This is great book that covers every aspect of Edinburgh.
