It is compact. I always carry this book when I walk around Cambridge. You can find a nice way to get around the city centre with this book. Dealing with both classical and modern architecture is useful those who are intersted in both, like myself. Nevertheless, separating thes two styles into subsections would be easier to find the way to your interest. A little bit more detail in the location would be helpful for the architectural ditectives who want to find and observe fine pieces of architecture on their own.
