Stunning photography, magical places.April 27, 2003 4 out of 6 found this review helpful
The National Trust was formed over a hundred years ago to protect places in England, Wales and Northern Ireland, be they of historical interest or of outstanding natural beauty. This is a photographic collection of the coastlines maintained by the NT.
From the drama of the Giants Causeway to the remote Farne Islands and the splendour of the White Cliffs of Dover, this is a fantastic selection of pictures. Blue sea and stunning scenery - who needs to travel abroad ?
A lovely book, that would certainly inspire me to see more of our country.

This book makes you wonder why we go abroad on holiday. The photographs are fantastic, and there is information provided about the location of each image - excellent since it makes you want to skip work, junp in your car & head for the nearest shoreline.
