Making Morocco AccessableNovember 24, 2004 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
My husband has talked about Morocco since the 70s but I never felt brave enough to go there. He just brought home this new Sawday's guide and I spent two hours lost in a dream world reading it. The comments, practical information, and insight into the cultural, made me want to get on a plane and go. There were wonderful descriptions of the different places to stay and photos that made each one look like a dream. The owners sounded like people I wanted to meet. All the accomodations sounded interesting, ranging from grand palaces to an old London bus parked in the desert. I wanted to stay at every place they listed just for the experience. There were email addresses or telephone numbers for all of them, to make it easy. So one day later I'm booked to go to a desert kasbah and then travel by camel to sleep at an oasis in nomad tents. What a great guide!
